Takra Dhara is a special Ayurvedic therapy in which buttermilk is medicated with herbs. It is processed with medicinal herbs. Which always been used as an external solution in the form of a thin stream. It is the ultimate method of Ayurvedic detoxification for body and mind. It is testified by the fact that Panchakarma is essentially applicable to a variety of cases for their preventive, curative and promotive conditions which shows its importance and validity in the treatment of various diseases. Takradhara is poured in a continuous stream over the forehead. Takradhara stimulates these Marmas and improves circulation; Thereby improving their circulation which in turn improves the blood circulation of the brain. This improves the higher intellectual functions also. So an improvement in psychic symptoms is achieved. 2.Takra sarvanga dhara- done over whole body,
3.Takra ekanga dhara- done over specific area of the body.
