Navarakizhi is also called Shashtika Shali Pinda Sweda. It is an important ayurvedic treatment that is both nourishing and detoxifying treatment. The treatment is warming to melt toxins in the body without aggravating pitta. It is a form of bolus massage in which main ingredient is Milk and rice.
