kativasti– Kativasti is an Ayurvedic procedure of retaining warm medicated oil over the lower back bordered with an herbal paste. It is a special type of low back therapy or lumbar therapy. Specially prepared warm herbal oil is poured over the lower back and retained inside a well sculpted from black gram paste for the required duration.
