APPROACH
Ayurveda is based on the fundamental factors like Tridosha- (Vatha, Pitha, Kapha) and sapthadhatus ( Rasa-Plasma, Raktha-Blood, Mamsa-Muscle tissue, Medas-Fat tissue, Asthi-Bone tissue, Majja-Bone Marrow, Shukra-Reproductive enzymes) etc. Ayurveda deals with the disease from its root cause which helps to eradicate the disease from its source. Ayurvedic diagnosis includes NIDANAM (Identification of Root cause of the disease), POORVA ROOPAM (Pre-Monitory symptoms), ROOPAM (Symptoms) and SAMPRAPTHI (Prognosis). Reason for the cause of the disease has been explained as improper diet habits, sedentary lifestyle, and mental instability. Due to the above factors, Tridosha imbalance occurs which leads to the accumulation of toxins in the body resulting in the manifestation of disease.
